Registration Information

Residency: Residents "R" are those who reside with in the Lake Mills Area School District boundaries, open enroll to LMASD or work within the school district. Non-Residents "NR" are those who do not reside within the LMASD or attend school at LMASD. 

Credit/ Debit Cards: We accept all major credit cards. Credit/ Debit payments can be made in person, over the phone or online. A $3 processing fee is charged for all refunds back to the credit card.

Checks: Please make checks payable to Lake Mills Area School District or LMASD for short. Place "LMCRD" in the memo.

Late Fees: A $10 late fee will be added to registrations made after the registration deadline. Keep in mind that those who register late run the risk of not being able to participate if the program is full.

Cancelations: A full refund will be issued if a program is canceled by LMCRD due to low enrollment or a facility usage conflict. 

Weather Cancelations: In the case that school is canceled due to inclement weather, we reserve the right to cancel LMCRD programming. Check the Rec Dept. website home page to confirm cancelations. Weekend cancelations will be done through Facebook or contact from your child's coach.

Refunds: In the case that a participant requests to drop out of a program or league at any given time, the following refund procedures will occur.

Prior to Program Start: Up until two weeks prior to program start, you may request a full refund. Program fee's refunded via check or credit card will be charged a $3 processing fee. If you wish to receive a refund via account credit, the whole program fee will be refunded.  

After Program Start: Those who request to drop out after the start of a program prior to the halfway point, will forfeit 50% of the program fee. Any adult teams who drop out after the start of a program will forfeit 100% of the program fee. No refunds will be offered after the halfway point of the program. 

Medical Withdrawal: If a participant can no longer continue to participate due to a medical emergency, a prorated refund will be issued. Participant must have a signed doctors letter to receive refund. 

Relocation: If a participant relocated prior to the start of program, a refund will be issued less the cost of supplies if ordered already. If a participant relocated after the start of the program, a prorated refund will be issued.

ADA Compliance: Upon request, LMCRD will make accommodations within reason for people with disabilities. Not all accommodations or needs can be met. 

Scholarships: Scholarships are available for Lake Mills Area School District residents. If you are in need of financial assistance to contact the Rec Dept for more information.

1. Register Online with rSchoolToday - For new users, check out the Quick Start Guide for Parents. This guide will walk you through creating an account, registering for programs and making payments.
2. Register in Person - Registration forms and computer access are available in our office during hours of operation, M-F, 8:00 AM- 4:00 PM. Cash, check and credit cards are accepted. Please bring exact change.  
3. Register by Phone - For those customers who have an existing account on rSchoolToday, registrations can be taken over the phone during normal business hours, M-F, 8:00 AM- 4:00 PM.  Payments will be taken over the phone using  debit or credit card only. (920) 648-8035.
4. Register by Mail - Download and print our Registration Form. Checks should be made out to LMASD with LMCRD in the memo. Mail completed forms and payment to our office:

5. Register by Drop Box - For your convenience, there is a 24-hour secure drop box located outside of  our office by door #6 at the high school.  Registration forms and payment can be placed in our drop box any time of day or night.
