Hello Families of Lake Mills Middle School,
My name is Chuck Olson, and I am the principal here at Lake Mills Middle School. I come to Lake Mills after having spent 14 years in the Oconomowoc Area School District as a teacher, coach, assistant principal, and principal. I received both my bachelor's degree and my master's from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
In 2011 my wife and I moved to Lake Mills and have had three children (Lars, Ingrid, and Anders) in that time span. Our kids attend the Lake Mills Area School District, and we are proud to call ourselves L-Cats. We love the community and have made wonderful friendships.
I am so excited to work with our middle school students here in Lake Mills. I love watching our students grow and develop from 5th grade through 8th grade. It is incredible to see the amount of growth that occurs during the middle school years. Our goal at LMMS is to ensure our students grow academically as well as socially. We expect each of our students to develop the core values of Kindness, Engagement, and Leadership throughout their time at LMMS.
