My name is Rachel Dickhut, and I am one of two school counselors at the high school.  I work with students with the last names starting with L-Z.  This is my 4th year working at LMHS and my 4th year as a school counselor. I received my bachelor's degree in Psychology from Carthage College and a master's degree in School Counseling from UW-Whitewater.

One of my favorite things about being a school counselor are the conversations around future plans and goals. I love seeing students overcome challenges and finding the skills to succeed! I also coach volleyball and track and field at LMHS. 

Outside of school, I love spending time with my family and friends at our cabin and being on the lake in the summer. 

I am here to help students academically, social/emotionally, and with college/career plans. I am looking forward to another fantastic year here at Lake Mills High School- GO L-CATS!
