My name is Linda Heimstreet and I teach the high school choirs for the Lake Mills Area School District as well as supervise the HS Independent Music students and the Tri-M Music Honor Society.  At the high school level, there is a Treble Choir and a Bass Choir that are available to all  9-12 grade students. These choirs are where all high school students start to develop the advanced skills and knowledge needed to be a part of the 11-12 grades SATB Concert Choir. 

In addition to teaching choir, I am the High School Show Choir Director. Show Choir allows students to experience another area of singing and performing. The Show Choir is an auditioned group and students are required to be in a high school choir to be eligible. 

I believe in waking the singer in every person and giving all students the encouragement to find their voice and share it with others.
