Enrollment Application Process
Our Student Enrollment process is an online application. If you do not have access to a computer, please contact the District Office, at 920.648.2215, to schedule an appointment in our office. (We do not recommend trying to enroll from a mobile device!)
To begin your Enrollment Application, please follow the directions and select NEW Families to the district OR CURRENTLY Attending Families.
- LMASD is accepting new student enrollment for the 2024-2025 school year for 4-year-old kindergarten (4K) and 5-year-old kindergarten (5K).
- Enrollment is for new children to the district. If your child currently attends our district, you do not need to re-enroll for our 4K or 5-year-old kindergarten program.
- New Student Enrollment for all other grades will open in May 2024.
- LMASD is accepting new student enrollmetns for the 2023-2024 school year for all grade levels.
NEW Families
NEW Families who have never attended the Lake Mills Area School District or are returning to the school district with no current children attending: please click the LMASD Tree Logo to begin the Enrollment Application.
- You will be prompted to start an account. After you have created your account, an email link will be sent to begin your Enrollment Application.
CURRENTLY Attending Families
CURRENTLY Attending Families who have students attending the Lake Mills Area School District and have a Skyward Family Access Account: please click the LMASD L-Cat to begin the Enrollment Application.
- After you login to Skyward Family Access, please select NEW Enrollment Application on the left sidebar to begin your Enrollment Application for a new student.
