Which students will participate in ACP?
Academic and Career Planning or ACP is for all of our students. Every student deserves to be prepared for opportunities after high school. This includes students with disabilities who have Individualized Education Programs/Post-secondary Transition Plans, as well as students with Section 504 Accommodation Plans, English Learners, students who are Gifted and Talented, students who are homeless, and students considered neglected and delinquent. Students will be empowered to develop an academic and career plan that documents and guides their journey through grades 6-12 and beyond.
